  • What does a managed service plan include?

    Every plan covers the full lifecycle of your network: design, initial installation, business-grade equipment, and ongoing configuration and management, plus a set number of on-site and remote service hours each month.

  • What is the difference between on-site and remote service hours?

    Remote hours cover work we can do from anywhere — monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, and support. On-site hours are for work at your location, like hardware installation or hands-on help for your team. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of both.

  • Which plan is right for my business?

    It mostly comes down to how much your business depends on its network and how much hands-on support you want. Submit the get-started form and we will help you figure out the right fit — there is no obligation.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We serve small and medium businesses across the greater Austin, Texas area. Remote support covers you wherever you are, and every plan includes on-site service hours throughout the Austin metro.

  • Do you only work with large companies?
